I’ve followed detailed instructions from my employer & none of us have been able to get through the process. The only reason I would use it is to find out my balances but you have to know the exact coding for the balance or you’re out of luck. It doesn’t just give a list of all the different balances like the website does. Totally inconvenient. I would never trust requesting time off or putting in sick time on this either.
