I was trying to find a way to submit a ticket for troubleshooting, but unfortunately this is best— as of like July 28th or 29th, the app can’t seem to make it past the login screen; it tries to activate face ID but continuously fails. Hopefully it gets fixed soon! There’s a red error toast that drops down from the top, but it’s so quick i can’t catch it to see what it says. The has failed to track my Apple Health and accumulate the daily points, the app opens and closes, and I ended up uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Still doesn’t work. Who knows how many points that I should have accumulated because of it not working. It even asks to not show again, but it continues every day I log in. I do not have Face ID set up on my phone and I will not set it up on my phone.
