## What is Alwifaq?

Alwifaq is a dedicated app for watch repair professionals, designed to streamline and manage on-site service tasks.
Through the app, administrators can assign tasks to technicians, which must be completed at designated customer locations. Upon arriving at the assigned location, technicians simply punch in to start their duty, and punch out once their work is completed.
The built-in location verification feature ensures that punch-in and punch-out happen at the correct service location. This feature is used solely to confirm location accuracy and does not store or share any personal information or detailed location history.
