This fundraising app is crucial to my ALZ Do What You Love campaign, and the fact that I can’t trust it is incredibly frustrating. It’s supposed to be logging my miles and I set it up to do so months ago — no data, many miles not recorded.

I think the best part of the app is the link to tech support. They have been so patient through the project. As a senior citizen with some computer experience apparently it wasn’t enough. I found that many of the links on the web page and app did not work or were very difficult to get around which was frustrating. An example was after downloading the logos I couldn’t find the files or they were different than what I thought they were. Also taking a photo with a frame was difficult to navigate. Overall though there was lots of info and aids to help in fundraising. Reward those techs though and thank them all for me
