They have been so patient through the project. As a senior citizen with some computer experience apparently it wasn’t enough. I found that many of the links on the web page and app did not work or were very difficult to get around which was frustrating. An example was after downloading the logos I couldn’t find the files or they were different than what I thought they were. Also taking a photo with a frame was difficult to navigate. Overall though there was lots of info and aids to help in fundraising. It annoyingly will not remember my login or password and never fails to kill whatever music I have playing when I launch the app even though it doesn’t have an audio component. The uploading of donations is buggy and not intuitive. I was walking laps around my pool this AM. I counted 56 steps to make a complete lap. I made 10 laps around the pool which should have recorded 510 steps. I stead, the app only credited me for 294 steps!!! A little over HALF of what I actually did. I also had to stop for awhile and I could not see where it added the additional steps walked later. In that regard, I was very disappointed in the app. Other features showing team information was nice. I hope the step logging feature can be upgraded to accurately record # of steps taken. ### 2/5 — Good Cause - Bad App *2020-10-09* The login screen sometimes doesn’t work and it won’t let me access my information. Furthermore, the navigation between the different tabs and buttons is inconsistent/sensitive (I still am trying to figure out the best speed to navigate from tab to tab, and how to click on editing features, etc. The website is far superior to the app and I wish focus would be given to improving the app performance. That’s what’ll make the app 5* in my book. ### 2/5 — Difficult to use *2020-09-02, version 5.1* I don’t have a clue how to use this app. It makes it very hard to fund raise when I don’t know how to use the tools. ### 4/5 — Needs to Remember Login Info *2020-06-13* I do like the app and find it be a very helpful tool. However, it is frustrating to have to login every single time I open the app. Especially on the days I’m opening multiple times. It’s supposed to be logging my miles and I set it up to do so months ago — no data, many miles not recorded. ### 1/5 — Offline at the worst time *2025-10-27, version 9.5* Offline at the worst time and no update from the association ### 1/5 — Facebook connection *2025-10-17, version 9.5* It won’t let me log into Facebook to do a fundraiser. It tracked my steps but when I went to sync, the app froze. I had to restart and ALL of my steps were gone! So incredibly disappointed that the walk totals will not be accurate. ### 1/5 — Not able to access the virtual path *2020-09-19* This app didn’t work for me today. No path No stickers No step tracking No sharing I also tried several chats with people in the Group Chat on the Event Stage - but it seems that the members of the group were not in Utah. There were several dozen names, but none appear to be in Utah, or be live in the chat. I’m pretty tech savvy, but didn’t find these two functions to be what we expected. ### 1/5 — Old App better *2019-12-05* The old app worked great. The new app never allows login and when I can occasionally it won’t allow to remain logged in.
