Hey, Alza you need to version your backend APIs. ### 1/5 — Getting better but... *2016-05-02* Some recent improvements to the returns department helpful and this ordering application works somewhat well however... Alza the company provides no competent human service for faulty products, refunds, or returns. The problem then becomes solely the customers responsibility. They do not use or respond to telephones, nor have any inter-office communications. It then becomes a "Kafka-esque" rabbit hole of burecratic denial and web based complaint forms. No formal EU level customer support training for staff yet. While the purchasing process has been simplified, customer support is then passed along to the manufacturer, and this retailer will not be concerned with solving or processing your concerns. A narrow profit margin requires a narrow business plan to encourage return customers. Will not be returning to use this application or support this company. Keep trying Alza. Improvements do not qualify success. Customer satisfaction should be your ONLY objective. Thank You. ### 1/5 — Hrůza *2016-03-02, version 4.1* Naprosto k ničemu. Platba nelze odeslat, aplikace se neustále seká. Nevím, kdo měl tento ohromný nápad sloučit Publero s Alza.cz. ### 2/5 — Held together by gum *2024-11-27* A miracle of engineering. I believe its developers are the praying type ### 2/5 — iPad version is not meant for iPad *2024-02-13, version 136.0* The version for iPad is iOS version, just enlarged. Everything just looks bigger and thats it. It looks ugly and regular iPadOS control doesn't work. You cannot go back to previous page with simple left to right gesture, touchpad two-finger gesture doesn't work either. When you open the picture, you cannot just use slide down gesture, like in Photos app and Esc key doesn't work either. If at least the buttons for going back would be on the same spot on the screen, but they are offset by a quite a significant margin, so you have to constantly keep looking, where the back button is. This inconsistency is so frustrating, I just close the app when I am frustrated enough and find it elsewhere in another shop. It's more productive and saves me a lot of time and nerves (and possibly a lot of broken iPads). Oh, and PayPal payments doesn't work either, I have to pay over the web, if I want to utilise PayPal. ### 2/5 — Good apps Bad packaging *2020-08-25, version 4.952* Store and app are fine... sending £400 of Lego in bubble wrap and a bin bag isn’t. Cardboard was invented a long time ago. Their focus on making the buying process easy.. from realistic and relevant suggestions to buying and delivering fast so many options…to zero hassle returns. I love this place.
