When reconnecting you have to listen to all the ads again. Then after all of that, the content won’t load or play. I’d rather listen on the radio with all the static. **Developer response:** Hello! Put phone down… cuts off. Look away… cuts off. Think about listening to WLS… cuts off. But don’t worry… those ads run perfectly when you restart. Sometimes two at once! If the streaming function rarely works and requires multiple attempts to get it to work, the app is a failure. Please correct the issues. ### 1/5 — Constant crashes while listening *2021-10-15* It’s either not compatible with updated iPhone XR or an app update created new issues. Can’t read the in-app news while listening or the show stops playing. The app will also randomly crash several times while listening so I’m forced to listen to the pre-roll commercial at every re-boot. It’s not a matter of if the app will crash but how many times. There’s also a weird new issue after the pre-roll where I’ll start listening to a show and multiple commercials will interrupt for several seconds. ### 1/5 — Very Choppy Playback *2020-08-21, version 6.0.7* Even over WiFi the playback stops continuously. It worked fine until I opened a webpage while this app was open in the background. It was a reputable site I have been to many times. But now I go back to the app and it insists I need to clean my iPhone with an ad blocker on top of the screen. It is a cleaning app by an Asian entity. I deleted the app. Reinstalled it and to no avail it still persists. Please check into this bug. It’s being hijacked! ### 1/5 — CRASH *2026-03-06* Continues to crash randomly. Plus, there are too many adds popping up all over. I don’t want to hear Balance of Nature adds over and over or go on a Bible cruise. There are so many pop ups you can’t help but being directed to another web site and it’s irritating. I want to hear the radio not go thru several adds. Turn stereo volume up or down and the connection quits and my Music starts playing. I listen to Dan and Amy in sections during the day. With this app I must take screen shots when I take a break so I can continue listening where I left off. Constantly buffering, will play their commercials randomly, and then sometimes stops working for no reason. I usually end up just listen on their website. ### 2/5 — Same long ads every time, even on same day: waste of time *2020-06-11* To start listening or to return to listening, it goes back and plays the same long ads. Hearing the same Balance of Nature ad over and over is creating extreme aversion to that brand. Poorly designed app. Once we have heard an add a few times, that should suffice.
