HOW IT WORKS
Set your baseline. Hold still for a few seconds while the app listens to the room around you — wherever you're taking the call. That's your zero point.

Then just glance. As you speak, the app shows you how many decibels louder you are than that baseline. Green means you're good. Yellow means you're creeping up. Red means you're too loud — and that's the only time the app actually says anything at all.
