From the initial call to the regular updates from the tow truck operator, right through to the follow-up after the service was completed, the entire experience was exceptional. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about both my safety and providing outstanding service. Their communication was excellent, and you could tell that safety and customer care were built into every step of the process. What I use the most is buying e-Gift cards on the app and using them. Each card gives you money back to your membership and I can buy them in line at the store when I need the gift card. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Zero stars *2026-08-13, version 3.1.3* I can’t stay signed in on the app which is ridiculous because I don’t want to fumble around with sign in when there is an emergency. Even without being signed in it constantly pushes notifications about prizes to win and garbage ads. Can not be switched off!! I expect more from AMA and especially with the membership being quite pricey!!! ### 1/5 — Strange programming choices *2026-08-07, version 3.1.3* For a company that’s supposed to be on top of providing directions to locations among other things, it’s odd how many times they decide that everyone’s nearest office is AMA’s head office, or somewhere off the coast of Africa, or… The latest effort has everyone’s centre set to Edmonton Kingsway, which is one of the most popular errors.
