Customer service is useless. Haven’t been able to log in for weeks. All I get is an error message saying “something went wrong”. Customer service is not at all helpful as it’s taking weeks to get this resolved. Can’t see my trips, can’t see how many km I’m at. Hasn’t worked for 90% of the time I’ve been insured with this program. Unacceptable. Do better AMA. ### 1/5 — Map is broken *2026-06-07* Maps don’t work.
