### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht wie gewollt

Meine Kollegen und ich haben das Priolem, dass bei der Mietwagenbuchung der die Buchungsdatem im Vordergrund sind und sich nicht wegklappen lassen. Hinter dieser Anzeige sind die Mietwagen zur Auswahl, sind aber nicht auswählbar durch die im Vordergrund liegende Maske. Eine Queransicht der App ist außerdem auch nicht verfügbar. Wenn ich keinen Mietwagen auswählen und damit auch nicht Buchen kann ist diese App Zwecklos. Bitte beheben. App Version: 22.6.8

Ist unterwegs auf Reisen wirklich ein gutes Hilfsmittel.

Aber: Bei der Belegerfassung fehlt neben Kamera & "Fotos einfügen" der Upload von Dokumenten aus der "Dateien"-App!

Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, Dokumente über die "Teilen"-Funktion von iOS hinzuzufügen zu können.

Trotz mehrfacher Feature Requests gab es keinerlei Rückmeldung. 😢

Außerdem ist bei der Flugbuchung die Tarifauswahl kaum möglich, da die Trefferliste hinter der Suchmaske liegt und nur ein kleines Stück am unteren Bildschirmrand sichtbar ist. Die Ampel zur Preisbewertung ist in der Mobilansicht nicht erkennbar.

Hotels werden immer im Umkreis von 25 km angezeigt. Bei jeder neuen Suche muss man es wieder neu heruntersetzen. Genauso würde man gerne die Sortierung von Hotels selbst konfigurieren (z.B. nach Preis). Das alles muss man bei jeder Suche immer wieder selbst neu einstellen. Das nervt und das kann jeder Werksstudent benutzerfreundlicher programmieren.

Die App, aber auch das Web Interface werden immer schlechter. Seit neustem kann ich keine Mietwagen oder Hotels mehr über die iOS App auf meinem iPhone 16 Pro buchen, da die Filtereinstellungen im Buchungsprozess die Auswahloptionen überlagert. Außerdem gibt es eine Menge unlogische Fehler in der Expenses Sektion wie deaktivierte Speicherung nach Upload eines Belegs. Gerade die Expenses Sektion leidet teilweise unter erheblichen Performance Probleme in der Berechnung und Speicherung von Daten.

Die App vergisst mit schöner Regelmäßigkeit die gespeicherten Login-Daten. So konnte ich sie gerade dann nicht nutzen, wenn ich sie unterwegs gebraucht hätte. Erst heute wieder: kurz vor Abflug konnte ich mich noch automatisch anmelden, bei Ankunft dann nicht mehr. Also Hoteldaten anderweitig rauskramen. Thema verfehlt, setzen, sechs!

Auto Scan stört mehr als er hilft manuell wäre besser. Bei Problemen mit dem Upload fehlt eine Support Meldung an Entwickler. Zudem ist man indirekt gezwungen auch die Desktop Variante in Teams zu nutzen.
Leider muss ich die benutzten da die Firma sich dafür entschieden hat aus welchen Grund auch immer

Nach dem Runterladen sollte ich schon irgendwelche PINs generieren, was wohl in der Desktop App angestoßen werden muss. Wenn der Login nicht automatisiert werden kann und ich mir jedes Mal die Zugangsdaten von meinem Rechner ziehen muss, ist die App ziemlich unnütz.

Die App kommt bei der Bedienung aus dem Internet-Mittelalter. Keinerlei Anpassung an Bildschirm, Eingabefelder unübersichtlich und zu klein. Wobei das auch auf den Onlinezugang am Desktop zutrifft. Dieser ist nicht viel besser. Das alte System in SAP war dahingehend auch nicht schlimmer.

Die App macht keinen Sinn, da sie für unterwegs konzipiert ist aber ich mich jedes Mal komplett neu anmelden muss mit den Daten die im Benutzerprofil hinterlegt sind und man diese erst heraussuchen muss
