## What is Amaeru?

Understanding them better is part of caring for them.

Amaeru is a free food and wellness diary for dogs and cats. Scan barcodes or labels, compare the available information with each pet’s profile, and keep meals, digestion, symptoms and care in one shared timeline.

BEFORE IT REACHES THE BOWL

Scan the barcode of a product already in the catalogue, or photograph the packaging and the composition section of its label.

Amaeru helps you:
• read available ingredients and nutritional information;
• assess the product separately for each pet;
• consider species and life stage;
• highlight known allergies and intolerances;
• find ingredients previously associated with problems or signs in the diary;
• see recorded conditions and other details that may need attention.

The same product may deserve a different assessment for different pets.

A DIARY THAT KEEPS THE WHOLE STORY

Log in just a few steps:
• meals, portions, appetite and preference;
• drinking water and water obtained from food;
• stool using the Bristol Stool Scale;
• vomiting and other symptoms;
• weight and body condition;
• medication, vaccinations, appointments and reminders.

Amaeru keeps events in chronological order, helping you review what changed before a sign appeared.
