It pretends to offer a useful service, but all it does is waste your time and tries to trick you into paying for nonsense. The interface is garbage, it’s full of bugs, and the so-called “features” either don’t work or are blatantly fake. On top of that, their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with — completely unresponsive, rude, and absolutely useless. It’s clear they don’t care about users at all. Apple should seriously consider removing this from the App Store. They initially charged my card and didn’t activate my account and when they finally activated the account. Calls don’t go through. I spoke to a supposed supervisor and followed his instructions word for words, it either says my parents number that they have been using for over 18 years is not allocated or just terminates the call, no explanations or says busy but the same number goes through immediately with another provider. I have tried several times. Just to use up the initial $5. An actual joke. Please don’t fall victim I wished I listen to the other review. Called several times, I was told they will activate my account and I should be able to use it it in 30 minutes. After several hours still not work and I called again the rep told me they have difficulty, even the credit not showing. How can it be international calling when your promo codes are for only India and like 2 West African countries. You have customers that call or come from all the 54 countries. How fair is that? My second issue is that they're too many digits to dial before the actual number.
