It is so annoying. Please fix it ### 2/5 — Transfers *2024-09-12, version 23.0.5906* I like the ANB app. Except for tgr fact that when I transfer money from one of my accounts to another account, they go through a pending process. This transfer should be instant. I know it can be instant because I use the US bank mobile app as well and when I transfer there’s no pending process, the transfer happens automatically. I would like to give ANB five stars, but because of this transfer issue, I’m only giving you two. ### 3/5 — No Zelle within app? *2024-01-18, version 21.0.5800* I am enrolled in Bill Pay and can use the Zelle options through the mobile website...but I can't find anything Zelle related at all within the app itself. On the website under FAQ's or a support page it said you can access it by clicking billpay and it should be right there. Even when opening the Zelle app it redirects me back to the ANB app saying i can use zelle through my bank's app but I'm not seeing that option anywhere?? ### 1/5 — Not that reliable for fraud dispute when you go over overdraft fee *2023-06-09, version 21.0.5800* Someone took 500$ of my account and put me in a way past overdraft and I told the bank I didn’t do it took them like months and week to despite it and know they final came back telling it was me who did.
