Very disappointing experience with Amaron. I ordered a bike battery through their official app and made full online payment, but the battery was never delivered. Now they are refusing both delivery and refund. Poor customer support and highly unprofessional service. Would not recommend ordering from their app.

Battery is down, tried to reach customer care for support, dialled 5 times, each time waited in que for 20/25 mins and then call disconnected.
Pathetic support, only ads and marketing, zero customer support.

Piece to piece replacement is a myth. It should be done spontaneously but they take time of 24 hours to give replacement. It meams if you are stuck on highway you should leave your car for 24 hrs and then after checking they would replace your battery
