Although he deleted and has reinstalled the game and now it’s showing a runtime error saying that it can not open a file that has been closed. Not sure what that means. What can be done? **Developer response:** Did you contact our support yet? You can do at: support@mcpeppergames.com Normally you can deinstall the game completely, reinstall and then use the RESTORE button inside the game to unlock a previously purchased game. Nothing works how it’s supposed to then you request a refund and you get denied. My child and I tried to play the game for ten minutes then I requested a refund had to wait 2 days for them to deny my request, then wait another 2 days to appeal the decision only to receive the same answer. Всего одна машинка и пару инструментов для мытья для демо презентации! ### 1/5 — Car wash a bust *2016-12-03* Very frustrating for a child as none of the dirt comes off of the vehicles, no matter how much washing, scrubbing, and polishing you do. **Developer response:** Sorry to read this, but please note the game was designed to let kids discover the functionality of the washing actions by themselves. Kids need to use more than a few of the washing actions and they have to use each action for some time to get the cars clean. The "secret" goal behind this design is to teach kids they need more than one action and some endurance to get to their goal. I use the game to teach spatial prepositions along with verbs. It’s very well designed, easy to use, and it’s clear that a lot of time and effort has gone into it. My toddler is obsessed with car wash games/things, we’ve tried a few, and the rest are all pretty poor/cheaply made/a cash grab.
