Let’s you make appointments but can’t cancel them without calling. When I want to see my rewards, wallet, account it says there’s nothing there. Can make and book appts so that’s something. My home Wi-Fi provider won’t let me use the app because it says it’s suspicious…maybe that’s why they don’t store rewards, wallet on there. At least my emails have good information. You’ve been around long enough and this day & age your apps need to work, and work well.
