Since I use an iPad with a smart cover, it doesn't stand up in portrait mode, only landscape. So this app doesn't meet my needs. I shook the iPad a bit to see if maybe the accelerometer just wasn't picking up the right orientation, but other apps rotated just fine. Maybe offer a paid version without them. I would pay a couple of bucks to not have to see them. The little tune playing is absolutely adorable. I think this is a really cute app. I does have stars, they just come down really slowly. The background is darker, and really soothing with the yellow/white stars falling. I love it! But, the bright ads at the bottom of the screen defeats the purpose. It also helps me fall asleep at night.
