I can’t use the Product Support link, and the customer service chat is automated with limited responses and reply choices. My Prime account I am able to get a live customer support agent, tho you definitely have to do a Google search to find the link. On my business account there is no option for live customer support, ANYWHERE. ### 1/5 — service client déplorable *2026-08-10* J'ai effectué un achat en pensant être livré le lendemain. Le lendemain d'une tentative de livraison infructueuse, j'ai constaté que l'adresse que j'avais indiquée n'avait pas été prise en compte et que le colis avait été automatiquement envoyé à l'adresse par défaut. J'ai essayé de contacter le transporteur, mais impossible de trouver un numéro de téléphone ! Juste un répondeur automatique incapable de modifier l'adresse de livraison. Après deux appels à Amazon, chacun avec 20 minutes d'attente, la communication ayant été coupée au premier appel sans aucune assistance, au second appel, l'agent m'a reproché de ne pas avoir correctement saisi l'adresse et m'a affirmé qu'il était impossible de contacter le transporteur pour modifier l'adresse ou annuler ma commande, comme je l'avais demandé. Il m'a dit que je devais attendre la deuxième tentative de livraison et que ce n'est qu'à ce moment-là, lorsque le colis serait retourné à Amazon, que je pourrais obtenir de l'aide. En d'autres termes, un achat effectué sur Amazon pour sa livraison rapide s'est transformé en un véritable cauchemar. Le produit, dont j'avais un besoin urgent pour le travail, est maintenant entre les mains d'une entreprise qui ne m'a même pas permis de la contacter pour saisir la bonne adresse et qui n'a fourni aucun service client. C'est absolument inadmissible. Today I communicated in advance and waited in front of my house for a package that was attempted delivery 5 times this weeks while I’m standing waiting for it. Whatever was a happening in 2020 that you were so efficient needs to be reinstated. Your service is now lower than ever. Temu is doing a better job than you. ### 1/5 — Worst company ever *2026-07-20* So my account gets suspended for no apparent reason whatsoever because first they lied and said I made another account which I didn’t then they backtrack and said they asked for too many refunds, which is ridiculous. It’s not my fault that you guys sell a bunch of garbage and on top of that you post our addresses on the website where it’s publicly displayed so if you want to sell out of your parents house, delete your account.
