Was never assigned one. Help is useless, just save your time and use another app like Robin Hood. Why is it so complicated to login or register? ### 5/5 — Customer Concerns *2023-03-29* A large portion of the time when I try to log in using the app it reminds me it’s down for numerous reasons. The only fix is to talk to a Rep over the phone but now I’m put in a position where I’m being charged to use their services via sales of shares. I’m only put in this situation because of the app malfunctions so why are we the account holders being penalized for it?
