### 1/5 — Onboarding Process is Horrendous

Onboarding process is horrendous. I had a question regarding the shifts and somehow it was misinterpreted thinking I want to work Monday-Sunday when I explicitly stated in writing I wanted Monday-Friday and submitted the form for M-F. Be aware your onboarding experience may vary.

This app is simply broken, after the forced update for drivers to move from Amazon Chime to HUB app my score has tanked. There are often packages marked ‘on the way’ that never arrive. No way to mark them accordingly. Often packages in store don’t reflect what is actually in store to hand back to Amazon dispatch. 

Additionally there is no way to scan go backs into the system to adjust. It has also become impossible for me to determine which bags are mine or which bags are my pick up partners as they show me a list of TBA numbers only and this alone is insufficient to determine whose route is whose. We are forced to look at package address numbers instead. 

I have emailed constantly for improvements and it has been to def ears with a run around way that doesn’t make sense or work.

For hard working and honest Amazon drivers it is simply a nightmare, constant communication via email is needed to cover and document these incorrect packages for ‘on the way’ and ‘in store’ if for any reason in the future they come knocking on our door for performance issues.

Can use my business email as it’s connected to my Amazon flex.  Don’t see why I can’t have both.

It will be nice if the app actually does what it says it should do. I am not allowed to view service preferences tab or banking information tab. The app does not give me an ETA until I text my AM to ask am I receiving package for that day. I cannot access my invoices it says “ PDF downloaded to you documents!” When I check My Documents section to my surprise “nothing is there!” and when I ask for help I’m told by the call center to go to my AM and my AM says go to the call center. This app seems like an afterthought. It will be nice if Amazon put as much time into the Hub App as they do in the Flex App. Amazon Tech Team please please please fix the issues!!!!
