I’ve deleted and redownloaded this app 7 times already just trying to upload 800 files and each time, it will take up 96 GB and then stop until I delete the app and redownload to start the process again. I’ve been doing this back and forth for 3 days now and the uploading process is still not completed! 2 TB of video storage is $11.99, FYI, and I think that’s the redeeming quality of this app so far as 1 TB fills up SO FAST! ### 1/5 — Amazon has been the least helpful of anyone *2026-08-20, version 12.6.0* Never again ### 1/5 — Warning to RAW file users *2026-08-19, version 12.6.0* RAW data is completely lost when backing up. Files still upload in a raw container but contain only a JPEG. E.g. I upload a 25 MB ProRaw .dng file on the app. The file is still a .dng if you download it from amazon photos website but only 2 MB. All the raw data is missing. This seems to happen with any raw file - same thing happens with .cr2s from photos I imported from a canon. Please fix this! There is no such issue on the android version of the app ### 1/5 — Horrible sign in *2026-08-16, version 12.6.0* I have tried everything. Usernames, phone numbers, passwords, yet it always gives me the same problem of saying try again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and same thing. It’s not a problem with anything to my device, the app just doesn’t allow me to sign in. I guarantee it’s my password, my username but no!
