Amazon has outsourced their phone program to a bunch of Indians with their fast talking and thick accents makes it damn impossible to communicate properly…it’s like amazon doesn’t want to pay Americans to do this job which is crazy because anyone would do for a reasonable amount. No recent location coordinates were detected.” Because of this, I can’t complete the pickup properly. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. I’m experiencing a major issue with the Amazon Relay app. Whenever there is an app update or I try to refresh the app, I get the “No geocoordinates provided” error. The issue also happens when: * Trying to take a selfie. * Entering the trailer number. * During check-in and check-out. Because of this, I am unable to complete my pickups and deliveries properly. This appears to be an app issue, not a device issue.
