Of course it was even better when the receipts were worth more. But the app is soooo glitchy and sluggish. I get Walmart delivery and I used to be able to submit my receipts thru email but now they have taken that away ### 2/5 — Good except for support *2026-09-01, version 5.1.14* Been using for a while and generally it’s great . . . Except when it’s not. There is NO WAY to reach customer service. Had a couple receipts incorrectly rejected and you just can’t appeal it. The only recourse is to get a callback from regular Amazon customer service and they know NOTHING about the panel. They just keep repeating the FAQ and aren’t able to do anything. ### 3/5 — Appreciate the rewards but no support to address glitches *2026-09-01, version 5.1.14* The app is great and an easy way to submit receipts towards gift cards. But in recent months the app rejects receipts randomly and because review requests are automated, they rarely change decision. I can upload two receipts from the same vendor, exact same format and it will say one receipt is blurry or is missing a vendor. Meanwhile they’re eReceipts, so how can they be blurry, and when another one from the same vendor submitted in the same fashion wasn’t? There is no in-app support, only to request a call back, which will connect you to an agent who has no idea about the app and will ultimately tell you they don’t offer support for it and can’t help you. I’ve had this app for a few years and have seen receipt values drop significantly and certain categories eliminated completely. That’s fine, but when the app starts randomly rejecting receipts (and I’m not talking about poorly photographed paper receipts, I’m talking about email receipts where they’re accepting others from the same retailer), it really warrants some app work. Even if live chat can’t be offered, at least provide a way to submit for human review. Then they started to dictate slowly what you can & cannot upload. And gave you only a certain amount per receipt. So now you need way more then ten, Mayb 30-50 or more. Some receipts are ‘not eligible’. Even after you have it reviewed it’s still the same. Idk if it AI doing the review but it gets denied for not having a store name or itemized items or a total, which are clearly all on the receipt/email. It’s obviously not a human being or they’re just denying it to deny it and making up a reason. Cuz they still state it is ‘not eligible’… app isn’t as great as it was. ### 3/5 — Used to be great… *2026-07-10, version 5.1.6* Every month I would submit my 10 receipts and get my $10 Amazon reward…now I’m lucky if I submit 25 receipts and get $3. So many eligible receipts being marked incorrectly incorrectly. “Does not continue retailer” when Old Navy is clearly listed. Major eye roll. It’s so obvious they are using AI to read these and it is doing a poor job while Amazon still gets the data. Surveys have dropped from 80¢ CAN each to mostly 25¢ CAN each. And the receipt reward is now a JOKE! You used to get $5 CAN each month if you uploaded 10 receipts; now you get 10¢ CAN per receipt up to a max. of $5/month. I do not think that many people know that you can request a manual review. It was 10 receipts and I would get $10. Simple, easy. Then they changed the value. Now my shopping trip to Walmart is only worth $0.10. So not worth it anymore. I deleted the app and today I came across it and decided to download it again. They keep telling me someone has already scanned my receipts, but that’s not true. I’ve looked at the receipts I’ve already scanned and it’s not there. I get the surveys are hit and miss. I thought they were supposed to add up to $2.00. And the 10 cents is crazy. You need like 100 receipts just to reach $100. Can we please go back to how it used to be??
