Every time that I want to purchase something it is telling me that it is out of stock. No matter what I try to purchase it takes too many times to try to purchase a product that is in stock. May not Renew my membership for next month.

The app claims the iOS audio session with a non-mixing playback category at startup, which forces iOS to pause all other audio. Music, podcasts, audiobooks all stop the instant the app opens, even when nothing in the app is playing sound.
The correct behavior is to use AVAudioSessionCategoryAmbient and only escalate when a video is actually played with audio enabled. Autoplaying muted product videos and preloading voice search do not justify interrupting the user’s media.
Disabling microphone permission and autoplay in settings doesn’t prevent it. Please fix — it makes the app hostile to use while listening to anything.

Last update, a day or so ago. Significant changes to alter the shopping experience from what we are accustomed to.

How about a link, or tab, in the app to see, What Changed In The Last Update? And give us a sitemap to find how to get to where the old trusted sections we used to frequent have been hidden.

Another tab/link that would help is, Where We Hid Your Shopping Experience. This could tell us if certain buttons, areas, or sections have moved, been renamed, hidden, or deleted altogether. 

Honestly, the customer is at the mercy of the app maker & Amazon for the experience. Isn't it in everybody's best interest to help & communicate, rather than just throw changes at us & make our days suck?

Plus, why is it that customer reviews have been treated like an unwanted neighbor you wish you could get to leave the planet? For 5-10 years now customer reviews have changed from the flagship to the sump drain in the basement. Why? We the customer, who invest in YOUR curated shopping experience are constantly disrespected as a person with money & values.

This past update took away Shop By Interest. Where is it. Where did it go? Is it a thing anymore? Explore is gone. Profile content that I hearted is gone. Can these be accessed in another way? How about a heads up? With all the changes & innovations of tech, & online shopping it would make sense to have an app news section to help your customer stay & shop. Otherwise, it is getting way out of hand.

The days of staying in an app for hours figuring things out because it is new & fun are behind us now.

I feel like it should be an option if you want it you click on it if not that you don’t have deal with that.

The policy is so dumb what’s the point of prime and to get things shipped on time just for it to be delayed by 6 days ! People have stuff to do . Then it’s extremely hard to get into contact with their customer service and they aren’t helpful I should have the right to cancel my order after this huge inconvenience it’s pointless .

I ordered a pair of speakers through Amazon and they shipped them separate and one speaker didn’t make it on time so I had to run out to Best Buy last minute and spend over $1k to buy a pair of speakers. Meanwhile the speaker is sitting at the local Wearhouse and they would not let me pick up or assign a driver to deliver. Super wack and very disappointed. I called customer service and know one could help. Don’t count on Amazon.
