I’m sure it’s just a glitch of some sort, but it’s starting to feel intentional. I hope that’s not the case because I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s noticed and it’s not a good look for a company that relies on it’s Customer relationships and trust. Perhaps someone might look into that strange little glitch that seems to keep happening, only when I’m writing a negative review, about Amazon. But wouldn’t you know it: this one didn’t disappear. Now I have to get around Alexa AI. I don’t want an AI explanation of what I am searching for. On the 22nd, I was suddenly told it hasn't even shipped yet and pushed back to the 28th! But when I checked the item page right after, it literally claimed: "Order now, get it tomorrow." I reached out to customer service, and their response was, "There's nothing we can do, we suggest you cancel and reorder.” Completely wasted my time waiting for nothing. If you can't honor delivery dates, don't make false promises.
