It seems only the first 10 names stays. It’s very frustrating when I want to add an item to a list but I can’t see the name. ### 3/5 — Delivery not accurate. *2026-08-24, version 27.15.0* Amazon is usually really good when it comes to prime and deliveries. But recently I received some horrible customer service. I had ordered something with prime on Saturday evening and it said it would be delivered Monday. It’s not next day delivery, but it was still acceptable enough. I then contacted customer service on Monday as nothing arrived and they told me it had been delayed and that it would be delivered on Tuesday instead. And the first chat agent said that he had contacted them to deliver it on Monday anyway and I said thank you and ended the conversation. I then still didn’t receive anything, so I contacted customer service again and they said that the previous agent was incorrect and therefore had lied to me about changing the delivery and they gave me a £5.67 gift card as I asked for compensation for the inconvenience. I then ask them will my order still come and they said yes it should still be coming on Tuesday. I then open my email and I have an email saying it is coming today anyway? And then I open the app to double check and it has AGAIN moved back by a day and now says it is arriving on Wednesday. So I, again, contact customer services about this and they just say it’s arriving on Wednesday now and they are just clueless and don’t know how anything about anything. They dont knom much different to what you can already see on the app/tracking. They were not helpful at all and the tracking keeps getting pushed back more and more. I will leave it and see when it arrives, it will probably arrive way past when I need it, so most likely I will have to cancel the order. They placed Report label just beside translate or below the bottom of each review and it doesn’t even ask you to confirm - it immediately sends report. The yellow show results button at the bottom is now hidden and you have to turn the phone horizontal and then portrait to get it to show.
