Han tenido un problema con la puerta donde aparqué l bici y llevan casi dos semanas amenazando a diario con que se van a llevar la bici y van a hacer cargos en la tarjeta. Ya no sé cómo decir que la bici no está ahí, que es problema de su aparcamiento. Los teléfonos no funcionan y no responden a los mensajes. Deplorable!
No me deja poner cero estrellas, por eso tiene una.

Estaría bien poder aparcar con el propio mob desde la app. Porque la gente ya no va con tarjetas..Y actualizar la app para que sea más operativa y funcional, poder ver el histórico. Y las persianas algunas se corroen y no se pueden levantar.

Se echa en falta, poder ver el tiempo de uso de la plaza, de forma sencilla. También estaría bien que pusieran algún letrero en las estaciones, para los dueños de los perros. Levantar la persiana llena de meados no es agradable. Y ya de paso, controlar a los usuarios de globo, que se creen que es para uso exclusivo de ellos. Ya he tenido algún percance con ellos

Le falta enseñar la confirmación del aparcamiento,  la fecha y hora de aparcamiento y el tiempo restante. así como un aviso de si se ha aparcado bien la bicicleta *indispensable para evitar el robo de la misma cuando el bicibox no cierra correctamente* Debería de aparecer en la pantalla de inicio de la app, porque es necesario consultarlo cuando lo utilizas.

Information is clear and concise and the concept is lovely in general.

I only wish for more functionality in the app like being able to open the box with a phone(through the app) and, as somebody else said on the review, the app showing how long is your bike is in the box and where it is parked.
I remain certain that as time passes your service will more practical as the new technology is implemented in the app.
