Kindly mention how to change language to english

**Developer response:** thank you for your feedback. Currently, the app is only available in the Gujarati language, and there is no option to change it to English at this time. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. A multi-language feature is planned for future updates—thank you for your support and patience!
