Ambassador is extremely easy-to-use and can be set up in moments. To begin, users pair their Ambassador devices
to their smartphone and can enable 3 modes:

    • Listen - As an interpreter, Ambassador actively listens for someone speaking near you (within 8 feet / 2.5
meters) and translates their speech into your native language.
    • Lecture - Ideal for groups and conferences, set your Ambassador to translate everything you say and stream it
through your smartphone’s loudspeaker or a paired audio system for your audience.
    • Converse - Simply share one of the Ambassador units with your guest so you can both understand and
communicate in your native languages. Pair up to 4 units to your smartphone for a smooth sharing experience.

### 2/5 — The translator app doesn’t work on 26.2 iPhone

I haven’t us it for over a year. Now trying to get the app to work. It connects shows a Internet error but my internet is great over 600mb. When talking the app show no text or any sound in the ear pieces. Deleted the app twice then restart. Still doesn’t work both ear pieces fully charged. ?????help

Purchased these think how amazing!! My daughter’s learning Spanish, I can help her practice. The ear pieces won’t connect and after weeks of trying to work with customer support, who by the way always had great passive aggressive responses, to no avail. I finally gave up and asked for a refund. FYI- they don’t pay for you to ship it back, so you pay to ship it twice. I will never purchase anything from them this was a waste of time for me. I wish I was giving one of these amazing reviews because I really wanted this to work but maybe I should have looked at the reviews before I made this purchase. I hope I can help someone else no make the same mistake.

I tried to use this in China with very limited success. It took for ever and the many tries to get it to connect with Bluetooth. It only worked with people who had a lot of patience. After using it for a few minutes, it would often become stupid and quit working. On the plus side, when it worked it was a great addition. But I’m not sure it was much better than using Google translator and certainly much more complicated to use. I hope there will be upgrades, and that it will become more functional.

I enjoyed using this app to have brief interactions at a very slow pace with speakers of another language. It becomes unwieldy when there are longer conversations with faster pace of speech. Definitely handy for navigating short chats with someone speaking another language.
