I’m also not too sure exactly how their transaction free system is structured, but I do know that charging .0005 BTCs - which is currently worth around $25 - is a bit absurd for a standard withdraw. Definitely the highest fees I’ve seen anyone charge & the almost non-existent lack of rewards/services certainly don’t come close to making up for it.
