I downloaded the application, but it cannot load. I deleted it and rebooted it several times. The download occurs and then the application itself does not open, the wheel spins as if loading and does not open. Tell me what needs to be done to make the application work? I went to Gap last night and the Manager (I think) didn’t ask for my number (for points). So I downloaded the apps and I was shocked to see all transactions (except last night) but without points. So what are we really doing here when they’re asking for my number for ‘the points’? Not even showing in expired points. Just 0 points in all transactions I’ve made. They say “we send you a code” but nothing comes. And there is no support service in app! Meanwhile, the seller in offline shop feel free to check my data on computer. Points go disappearing on its own. Their support agents cannot assist other than endlessly telling to wait for 30 days for the points to be credited. It’s like begging for tiny amounts as compared to the several purchase amounts that their customer places but yeah - it’s still a good feeling to receive a few bucks from your so-called rewards programme. Anyway, I will delete this app now since the experience has been pathetic.
