Bikes often have broken shifters, brakes, or twisted handlebars. On some there is no tread left, the tires are never changed.

The app itself is slow. Often when renting a bike the lock doesn’t open. Pressing on the open lock button works, but with a delay of about 90 seconds. 

Also a lot of the time the motor on the bikes won’t turn on, and there is no way to reset it. 

The report issue button sometimes doesn’t work (Literally throws a cryptic error message “BikeKit.HttpObjectSource.Error error 0.”) and even if it did, I’m not sure anyone reads them.

The handlebars are all sticky, the seats are dirty, tires usually deflated

Some customer service exists. It’s not great but doesn’t suck more than the service itself.

Es una estafa, pague 53€ para el plan Ambici + bicing pero finalmente no puedes usar bicing porque no se vincula . 
He reclamado varías veces sin respuesta.

The customer service is quite good though, but would be nice to have to call them less.

It took a very long time to initially rent as the app was all in Catalan and as non native speakers we struggled for some time to rent. However once we had cracked it this was wonderful way to explore and great bikes!

Las bicis van fenomenal y hay muchas ubicaciones para devolverlas. Las bicis van mucho mejor que las del bicing! Que bonita apuesta por TMB y AMB.

Todas las veces que he usado las bicicletas ha sido perfecto. 
Espero que en un futuro AMBici tenga más bicicletas y más estaciones.
