ついTwitterやショート動画を見てしまいがち。
こちらのアプリの川の音を流したら触らないでいられることを発見。
正直、ある程度スマホ見た後で「いかんいかん、そろそろやめなきゃ^^;」というタイミングであることは多い。それでも以前よりスマホ時間が短くなった。寝る前に使うのも良き。
タイマーも地味に便利。毎回タイマー使ってます。
