They are so friendly and care about what’s going on with you. I would give 10 stars if I could! The check in to the nurse and seeing the doctor! They are fast and professional! ### 1/5 — Glitches *2022-01-12* I called Ambient for inquire about covid testing. They said my child has to be see. Through the app. The app does not have the button to “add account” any more. The operator suggested I delete the app, then re-download. I did. The option to add a person to my account still was not available. The “help” link, was no help. In less than the amount of time I waited on that website, I was able to download Ambient Care, register an account, request a visit, input all my information, triage, and be seen by a provider. It was just as quick and simple as going into the office, and I got to see the same provider as well. Much recommended. Very efficient and friendly service.
