More than half of the time it doesn’t sync especially when adjusting the temperature. ### 1/5 — Literally the worst app ever created *2026-08-02, version 1.102.0* UPDATE: Ambient is on a campaign to increase appearing through false testimonials. Don’t believe it. This app is trash. Their system is trash. It constantly breaks connection. Nothing works. Nothing is out of the box. Everything is wrong. All of my lights are off and it tells me they are on. The temperature never matches my thermostat. I can’t control anything but the door locks. This app needs completely help ### 1/5 — APP IS JUNK - HORRIBLE!! *2026-06-13, version 1.102.0* Unfortunately my apartment complex installed these against our will and we have to use this terrible app. None of the features ever work and I get error messages almost every time I try to use it. It will tell me that my door is unlocked when it’s not, it will display the wrong temperature. You go to adjust the temperature and it says it’s adjusting and then it just randomly goes back to the original temperature. This app is absolute junk. I have zero clue why any apartment complex would read these reviews and still install this for their residents. Would rate it a zero if I could.
