So I am left with a serviceable mower that no one on the NSW South Coast can/will service. ### 1/5 — Awful in every way possible. *2025-11-30, version 20.0.0* Just a very bad app. Infuriating to use. ### 1/5 — Pathetic *2025-10-12, version 19.0.2* Slow , hard to connect and transfer files via Bluetooth ### 2/5 — App crashes *2025-08-30, version 19.0.2* If I go into Setup and then chose any of the 3 options, Area settings, Profile or General Settings the app just closes. ### 3/5 — Need ability to edit well not connected. *2025-08-13* The app is OK, there’s no real complaints on its functionality. We should have the ability to download the schedule and edit it without having to be attached to the robot. It takes forever to load, I can barely see anything it doesnt connect to the mower. ### 1/5 — Robot gets stuck app doesn’t connect *2025-07-01* After 3 years now. The robot gets stuck all the time. Most of the time if I turn it back on and hit start it gets out of it. Which tells me if it was programmed to either go straight back or forward it would work a lot better. It likes to crank the wheels hard when stuck. It’s infuriating I’ve watched it do this when it actually kind of works. At this point just go forward but it cranks wheels opposite direction and ends up in same spot If your yard is perfectly flat this might work for you ### 1/5 — It continues to be the worst app *2025-04-24, version 17.0.3* This is the most frustrating piece of software I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. I’m done. ### 1/5 — Not recommended *2025-04-12, version 17.0.3* The map location usually puts my mower in a field miles away. Tricky to keep an eye on my mower I have to relocate my lawn manually. When a fault occurs the app locks you out of control options. You have to connect next to the mower via Bluetooth or mower controls to do anything. After using a Husqvarna robot & app for years its has its issues, the Ambrogio mower is better the controls are really nothing like as good.
