The levels are not difficult but different from one another .Take the patients as fast as you can to save lives but it does not mean that you have to trouble others to save one life. Your first preference to save lives then you can leave for home. These games have multiple missions and you must be ready for the any emergency all the time.Fasten your seat belt and become a rescue driver anytime in case of Flood warnings because the life of a person is more important than any other.
