The App doesn’t work and AMC refuses to accept that it doesn’t work.

Can the app Team please test all the features before members are sent messages to use those features.
It is quite a frustrating experience.

As Vivek has mentioned your app asks to get updated but there is no update available on App Store. He has brought it to your notice in feb. but till now it’s the same crap that is happening. Please the Amc leaders inform the guys managing the app and rectify the problem we are unable to see our policy or do any other job with the app. If possible out an online option to see our policy and pay premiums. To the technical team step up your action.
