And they didn’t send me my entire order and I told the lady who brought my food that this was not everything and she said well this is all they gave me

Using the app is easy and convenient, however several times now it logs me out, or wont load. It has caused me not to be able to cancel a ticket reservation when it was doing that.

You can no longer see your tickets in the history. You have to do this weird workaround that doesn’t always work. If it doesn’t work, you have to go spend a long line at the movie theater, which is supposed to be taken care of by the app. The app sucks.
