Keep track of everything you need to do to prevent or manage a chronic illness with the Amchart Health Companion. We've integrated the app to work with the leading blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, and step-counting devices in the industry, some of which you can connect directly, and others via your Apple Health app. You'll earn points for everything you track, which can be exchanged for rewards! More importantly, your physician can see how you are doing between clinic visits and make adjustments to your care plan in real time.
 
Currently only available for patients at the AMSYS Heart & Diabetes Clinic in Mumbai, India. Will be releasing soon into other markets and for general consumer use.
