Tried to sign up to make a car payment on app and after competing all the steps it said cannot sign up. I also tried online and same thing!  I’m really feeling uneasy about this now….

I went through the whole registration process to set up the account after i was done i was re routed to the home page
To log in where i was asked for user name and password but was never given the option to create one 
This bank cant be serious!!

I went through all the steps to set up an account and then got to the page to log in.  I never had to create a user name or password.  Can’t get the app to send anything to you because the security questions were never asked either.  I hope this isn’t an indication of how the bank operates.

This app is a disaster, signed up and it says invalid password and it is password i chise , and the best thing is when tried to reset password it’s asking me questions i have never picked when signing up, can’t reset cant log in,

I have been using this app for a few years now and have never been disappointed. It works well for mobile deposits of checks and managing all my accounts. Very helpful for all my finances.
