But it says the purchasing of tokens has been suspended. U put your contacts in there and it keeps their info. Then you pick out a picture or a few and text your letter. They do the rest!!! Highly recommend!!! ### 3/5 — Mid *2025-02-11, version 23.8.9* It’s not free. But it’s not too expensive. You have to buy tokens. And a 4 page letter is 14 tokens. It’s convenient that I don’t have to buy envelopes and stamps and all that. But it is very slow! It takes over 3 weeks for mail to reach the facility, then a few more days for the facility to get it to it’s intended recipient. So it could be like a month before your loved one receives anything. The tracker on the site is often inaccurate. And customer service usually just sends a pre written, copy and pasted response. Or a link to the FAQs from the website. Unfortunately, I already spent the money for tokens. I’m going to just use these tokens and go back to old fashioned pen and paper. TDCJ changed how the letters are don’t and this non profit doesn’t let you know, doesn’t send your letters to the correct place and letters get rejected. To top it off, they will not refund you the money you have for remaining tokens. They give excuses and the run around. If you want your letters to get to your loved one then use Secures. I’ve learned my lesson!!
