I’m trying to sign up but it’s not working

I have reinstalled this app a number of times but I’m not able to submit documentation that the clinic are requesting as the widget to do this does not appear. Communication is slow.

I’ve found this app easy to use both for information receiving, document sharing and also for having medications/appointments. The messaging service is an easy way to get in touch with the team with any questions. The only improvement would be if the docs you need to sign could be accessed here as well (rather than on a differently named web portal sent to you via email).
