Could be better *2026-08-19, version 1.2.7* I’ve used amenify twice so far. I had a handyman come and mount my television and another helper deliver food. The first service went well. The service was quick, efficient, and communicative. The food delivery was unfortunate. The helper failed to follow instructions, and my food was stolen. I was given 5 dollars in credits to make up for this despite the order being nearly 30. Overall Amenify seems like a decent service, but I’d be careful what you order from them. Also the rewards are kinda lackluster given the $15 limit on applying them. ### 4/5 — Good Service *2026-08-15, version 1.2.7* I wish their services were a bit more comprehensive like groceries for example. This is a terrible business practice ### 1/5 — Bait-and-switch scheduling, hostile customer service, and billing threats. *2026-08-07, version 1.2.7* I strongly advise against using Amenify. I booked a deep cleaning service, but their automated system unilaterally changed my appointment date without my authorization, sending me an automated email and text with the new date. When I called customer support simply to clarify the conflicting information, the representative was incredibly hostile. He wanted to argue semantics, blamed their written notifications on a "glitch," and bizarrely claimed that a scheduled appointment time is merely a "preference" and not a commitment. Because of his aggressive and unprofessional behavior, I told them to cancel the service entirely. In retaliation, he threatened me with a cancellation fee—trying to penalize me for an error their own system initiated. After this, they began actively ignoring my phone calls. I had to fight them in writing and threaten a bank chargeback using their own automated texts as proof before they finally backed down, waived the fee they never had a right to charge, and saying that they issued a “one time exception” refund waiving the fee as if they were doing me a favor and not admitting their fault and unprofessionalism in the process. You need to be able to have absolute trust in a company you allow into your home. Amenify proved today they cannot be trusted to maintain a schedule, communicate honestly, or treat customers with basic professional respect. Avoid them. If you use make sure to keep all your receipts emails, and messages. ### 1/5 — Do not use! *2026-08-07, version 1.2.7* Do not waste your money and use any of their services. We paid for a move out cleaning and they didn’t clean items that we paid for and were designated on the list like cleaning the oven and wiping out drawers and now we owe $200+ to our apartment complex due to the missing cleaning items. Reached out to the support staff and the only thing they stated that they could do is give me $50 amenify credit as a “measure of good faith”. Do not waste your money and book any services through them. ### 1/5 — Money Grab *2026-08-01, version 1.2.7* This platform feels scammy. They use these fake looking headshots for cleaners, grocery shoppers, handymen, etc. to make it appear luxurious. To me that is tacky and artificial. The Amazon “ACommerce” section is just a collection of overpriced Amazon items. Pasting my own selection via the Amazon link tool is broken- I assume because they cannot justify the price without their premium. I looked up some of the items they list; For example, an Echo Dot is listed as about half the price on the actual Amazon app as it is within Amenify. I really want to know what the business model is, because it doesn’t seem at all like it is to actually serve residents or truly offer convenience. It is to collect as much of a premium on services and products as possible and to appear legitimate and trustworthy. My credits recently expired. The app said I had $70 of credits to apply, and messaging urged me to “act fast” and “Hurry up!” Keep your fake credits. I know you can only use a small fraction of them per order and only on items and services that bring the grubby business some revenue. Fix your issues… & I don’t care about your feedback! ### 1/5 — Big Money scammers *2026-07-05, version 1.2.5* Overpriced items to an extreme most items are twice the normal price, they give you free credits which is a good thing but then limit the amount you’re allowed to use of it, basically you could have $50 free credits but you’d need to spend over $200 to use it. In all fairness this app isn’t a benefit to anyone it’s just robbery. ### 1/5 — Amenify chats *2026-07-05, version 1.2.5* No one ever gets back to you. They send emails that they got your request and will have someone get back to you and never do. I’m about done with this App. ### 1/5 — Total scam *2026-06-28, version 1.2.5* Only lets you use $10 (per order) of your initial sign up $50 credit they give you. Not to mention they upcharge the Amazon order by $15-$20, so really you’re just loosing money. Deadass the biggest scam I’ve ever seen no wonder they keep texting me reminding me to “use my credits” 😭 ### 1/5 — Change in Service *2026-06-10, version 1.2.4* When I started using this service I seemed to have had issue after issue and never responded. Now, they respond relatively quick. I do seem to have issues on a constant basis but they make it right. Would be a 5 but the issues are quite plentiful. **UPDATE** I have changed my rating to a 1 due to rude reps and not standing by their mistakes. It is super convenient to get simple household supplies straight to your door if you’re in a rush or are busy. They also offer services like moving or household chores, but I haven’t looked into that.
