Amerant Mobile by Amerant Bank puts the bank on your mobile device and in your hands. Use your iPad® to complete banking transactions with confidence, security and privacy. Fast, reliable and easy to use, it’s the most convenient way to bank.  View your account summary at a glance, make payments and transfers, and even notify us of your travel plans, all in just a few swipes.

Touch ID® or Face ID® Technology
For faster, secure access to your account information, simply log in using Touch ID® or Face ID® already set up on your iPad device.*

Select Language Preference
To view in English or Spanish, choose the option at Login or once logged in, go to Settings within the Menu and select Language.

Mobile Check Deposit1
It’s simple to deposit checks with a photo!  Take photos of the front and back of your check and deposit directly into your checking or savings account.

Account Summary 
Monitor balances2 on your deposit accounts, residential mortgage or personal loans. Access 12 months’ worth of statements on your Checking, Money Market, NOW, and Savings accounts. 

Make Transfers & Payments
Transfer funds between your own and other Amerant Bank accounts and wire funds to U.S. banks. Easily create new recipients or update your existing list through the Manage option. Pay your Amerant Bank loans, advance funds from your Amerant Bank line of credit3, and use the Bill Pay4 service to schedule bill payments.

Send money to almost anyone you know with a bank account in the U.S.

Manage Your Debit Card
Managing your debit card has never been easier. Add a travel notice when you’re far from home and even temporarily lock/unlock your card if it’s ever lost.

Instructions lead to nowhere and answers few and far between. Most attempts result in either a lockout or a call. I have now given up trying.

Se obtiene un numero de la pagina web de mercantil, se coloca en la aplicación y dice que el numero es invalido, no hay manera que la aplicación funcione con ese numero que arroja el mismo sitio web del banco. No entiendo porque todo este engorroso proceso se tiene que hacer para una aplicación bancaria en un iPad. Otros bancos solo cuelgan la aplicación, uno introduce los mismos datos que introduce regularmente en la web y listo. Mucho proceso para quizás obtener los mismos o parecidos resultados a consultar la cuenta via Chrome o via Safari desde la tablet.
