Because you had one of the most frustrating user experiences I’ve experienced in an app! To understand how to login, get a password, get a token, know what was a serial number and activation code, we had to go to the bank to have it explained in person what went where after trying to figure it out ourselves. Shouldn’t apps explain how this works? And even after logging in and thinking I understood I would get locked out because I didn’t remember which password was for token and which one for the actual app, the process was confusing! Please hire another user experience designer who can make this process easy for the user. Until then I will be with another bank. **Developer response:** Dear customer, Thank you for you review. Much more stable and well designed in both visual and UX aspects. I guess this is the same app platform which Byblos bank also has. So I can suggest some improvements for this app. Please make a single overview to quickly check all the accounts and cards balances. I need to make a new transfer every time or swipe through the cards only to check all the balances.
