Their Banking is simple and Easy! I recently had to upgrade my Tracfone flip phone and now I use the Mobile App when I am on the “go”. The only thing I can think of to improve it a little, would be the ability to edit your name at the top left after signing in. Even just making it my username would be fine. I like to take screenshots to keep track of my accounts and would prefer not to have my name showing (although you can move the page up some then take a screen shot). It would be nice if you could increase from the standard $600 to $1000 or $1500 or more for when you are traveling. ### 4/5 — Rating American 1 Program for Use *2023-04-28, version 1.5.0* The program is much improved over the old program, but still has room for improvement. The time frame for activities to take affect is too slow when the banking hours is In closed status. Please work on this. Activities should still be able to be affective digitally. Accounts that aren’t active should reject activity from anyone and avoid overdraw fees to the customer. This is a terrible inconvenience.
