There is no "add to wallet" button in the app. I have spent hours with AAC staff both online and in person just trying to access my tickets. I have stood in line with many others experiencing the same issue. This makes it incredible hard to send. Also it no longer shows the name of who you sent tickets to so you have no clue if you need to cancel. ### 1/5 — BASICALLY A SHORTCUT TO TICKETMASTER *2023-04-12, version 2.3.2* Does the AAC get paid by TicketMaster to sell their tickets for absurdly high fees? A $40 ticket, nope $100 with fees. There’s a lot of handicap people out there. ### 5/5 — App not accessing contacts on my iPhone for ticket transfer *2022-10-07, version 2.3* Tried access App Support but takes me to a link to call the AAC. Just wanted to report that the app is not accessing my iPhone/Outlook contacts now that I updated to the latest iOS. Had to manually enter contact information three times ti transfer tickets to my daughter, when I should have been able to choose her from my contacts. ### 2/5 — Ticketmaster interface makes this much too complicated *2023-12-18, version 2.4.0* The AAC app requires a Ticketmaster account, even though the tickets were not purchased there. The interface between the two apps does not work well at all. I was forced to repeat the same actions multiple times, it timed out and had me try again several times and basically wasted a lot of time doing what should’ve been a very quick and easy download. Help and instructions are nonexistent. There’s no reason to require two apps to do this. simply an over-complicated poorly executed piece of technology.
