Why doesn’t the new app work with biometrics? This piece is maddening! Why isn’t this being addressed? ### 2/5 — App update login issues *2026-07-29* App is pretty useful, but with the recent update, the biometrics doesn’t “stick”. Clearly it’s NEVER going to be fixed. Might be time to find a new bank that keeps their tech updated. What else isn’t kept up with them? Security? How are we to know? Submitted email about getting constantly locked out of my account when using face id last year. Still no fix. Useless app now having to reset password a million times. No other app has any issue with face id even in middle of night, but they can’t fix this?
